Dear Ask a Librarian Team
I am a librarian at the University of Stirling and have been asked for advice on how to cite Finnish legislation, legal cases and other legal materials.
The OSCOLA referencing system (section 1.4) used in UK universities advises "When referring to foreign materials, cite primary sources as in their home jurisdiction".
Can you recommend any Websites, libguides or other sources which give details on citing Finnish legal sources?
Many thanks for your help.
Answer
Here are a few webguides to citation in the Finnish legislation.
