Based on what library patrons borrow the most popular Finnish detective novel authors seem to be Leena Lehtolainen, Jarkko Sipilä, Outi Pakkanen, Ilkka Remes, Matti Rönkä, Reijo Mäki, Eppu Nuotio, Harri Nykänen, Seppo Jokinen, Matti Remes, Tuuli Rannikko, Taavi Soininvaara, Pirkko Arhippa and Sirpa Tabet (based on HelMet Libraries the most borrowed novels list, 2007-2008)
In a recent vote by readers of Helsingin Sanomat, the most popular swedish detective novelist was Stieg Larsson, with Henning Mankell right behind him. The next three were Liza Marklund, Åsa Larsson and team Maj Swöwall & Per Wahlöö. I would add from library's perspective few names: Anna Jansson, Mari Jungstedt, Karin Alvtegen, Håkan Nesser and Åke Edwardsson.

There are 45 different titles of Cambridge English Readers and 195 different titles of Penguin Readers in Jyvaskyla City Library. It is the largest collection of them in Jyvaskyla area.
If a book is on loan, it is possible to reserve it (cost: one euro). Some of the books may also be located in a branch library. You are welcome to visit the information desk of the main library and order those books from there for free.
If you need a book that cannot be borrowed from any library in Jyvaskyla, it can be ordered by using the interlibrary lending service. You can leave an interlibrary lending request at the library or by e-mail (kaukopalvelu@jkl.fi).

There's no exact answer to your question. William Shakespeare probably wrote more plays than we know today, because some of his plays are lost. Shakespeare existing oeuvre consists of 38 plays, 154 sonnets, 2 longer poems and some other poems.

2) Finski jazyk dlja natsinajustsih: kurs intensivnogo samoobutsenija (by Pavel Razinov)
3) Survival course in Finnish for foreigners (by Eeva Piirainen)
4) Finnish for foreigners (by Maija-Mielikki Aaltio)
